General Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at www.rthvi.com. We process and assemble orders in our warehouse daily Monday through Friday. All processed orders are shipped from our warehouse by 2 pm (Eastern) Monday through Friday.
Rthvi.com periodically offers discount codes to our existing and new customers. We only guarantee the validity and success of discount codes provided directly by rthvi.com and not of any third party.
Shipping Options (Domestic Orders)
We offer FREE USPS First Class Shipping (1-7 business day transit time) on all domestic orders above $75. Delivery options for PO Box addresses, military locations, and expedited carrier options are also available.
We depend on correct shipping address and third part shipping carriers to safely deliver your orders to you. Please note that delivery time estimates are provided by third party shipping carriers and we have no control over any delays. If you are experiencing exceptional delays with your order delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. All orders processed after 3 pm (Eastern) will be considered next business day orders. (Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude holidays and weekends. Orders processed on Friday after 3 pm (Eastern) will continue processing on the following business day.)
Shipping Options (International Orders)
We offer a variety of economical and expedited international shipping options from USPS First Class Package International to UPS Worldwide Expedited. Additional carrier options are available on our website during the checkout process.
Canadian Customs Regulations
Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g., excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.
International Customs Regulations
The purchaser is responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from you. The purchaser’s responsibility is to check the country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide by those. It is also the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We will not provide a refund on the shipping of the package if it is refused by customs or by yourself, due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we can not issue a refund.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to rthvi (Earthy Beauty & Wellness LLC) due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for the delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping as the redelivery cost. Earthy Beauty & Wellness LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Once an order has been submitted, we offer services that allow you to modify or cancel your order if needed. You can utilize these services by emailing our customer support department at email@example.com. Any edit or cancellation must be completed before your order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Earthy Beauty & Wellness LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Earthy Beauty & Wellness LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
It is up to the customer to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.
Damaged or Missing Products
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives at its destination. If any item is damaged upon arrival, please email our customer support staff at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damages and necessary information to support your claim and we will be happy to assist you.
If you are not completely satisfied with a Rthvi purchase for any reason, we will gladly return, refund, and exchange policies below. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Rthvi monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and lightly used condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receiving your request, we will issue you a return code.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, should you require a pre-paid shipping label.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
