Can you resist healthy and glowing skin? Especially when the glow is all-natural and absolutely chemical-free?

Each beauty company will promise you healthy skin by using their expensive soaps, creams, toners, etc. Yet, the majority of these products will be packed with harmful chemicals that do nothing but damage your skin and body.

The good news? There are several Ayurvedic herbs that promote clean and clear skin and solve all of your skin problems. The best bit about using Ayurvedic herbs is that when used, they will act as a solution to your skin problems. Besides, they will boost the overall health of your skin and provide the much-needed nutrients to it. You might even end up finding some of these herbs in your backyard!

Following is the list of some of the best Ayurveda herbs that are recommended by experts:

1. Chickweed

It's a common herb that is easily found in several parts of the world. It provides relief to several problems such as skin irritations, heal cuts, itching, and other such problems. One can use it in various forms - on the skin as a poultice, infuse in the bathwater for a soothing shower, or make it into a salve.

2. Calendula

It's an extremely beautiful flower and one of the best herbs for the skin at the same time. Calendula is packed with beneficial qualities such as being anti-fungal, astringent, anti-inflammatory, and antiseptic. It heals a wide range of skin complaints - from bruises to sunburn to wounds. You may use this herb by making a herbal oil or soothing salve out of the flower.

3. Stinging Nettle

Nettles are another very commonly found herb. They provide support and strength to the whole body, including the skin. When used externally, they are very beneficial for the ones suffering from skin inflammation. It can be used by making a tincture or salve out of it, or by brewing it into a tea. If one decides to harvest the nettles themselves, wearing gloves while doing so is highly necessary.

4. Plantain

One of the most favourite herbs of the majority, Plantain has many healing powers and is easily available. It treated bites, scrapes, stings, and soreness. For internal use, it can be brewed in the form of tea. While for extra usage, it can be applied as a poultice for immediate relief or can be made into a salve.
